Cyntel Management ltd was set up by Managing Director Liam Keenan to provide high quality facility maintenance and responsive services in all areas of facility maintenance/refurbishment work. Our aim is to work with our customers as partner’s to provide consistent, quality service and to set a standard for excellence in our industry. We provide a full suite of facilities including industrial cleaning, project management, hazardous waste removal, roofing maintenance, garden maintenance and landscaping, securing of vacant properties and sites. We specialise in Residential void property and tenanted property maintenance and refurbishment ensuring property is brought up to a letable or saleable standard in the quickest possible time whilst ensuring standards of work are to their highest levels.
